ON WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 9TH THE FARMERS ARMS ATTENDED THE GREAT BRITISH PUB AWARDS CEREMONY IN LONDON WHERE WE WERE ANNOUNCED AS THE NORTH-WESTS BEST TENANTED / LEASED PUB AND RUNNER UP FOR GREAT BRITAIN. THE FARMERS ARMS GOES NATIONAL!!!!!!

On Sunday 12th October SKY NEWS visited the Farmers Arms and interviewed our landlord Neil Richardson. The main topic was the credit crunch and how it is effecting local independant businesses. The segment lasted around 3 minutes and aired on the hour every hour throughout the day. Sky are generously sending a DVD copy of the interview to us and this will be uploaded for all to see as soon as possible. Stay tuned!!!
